A Dream Realised. A Legacy Built.
What was once only a dream has now become a reality.
Many believed it couldn’t be done. There was scepticism, countless challenges, and moments where the odds seemed stacked against us. Yet, through determination, resilience, and the unwavering support of our community and partners, we are incredibly proud to present the new Harties Astro Field—a facility that will serve generations of athletes for years to come.
Building this field was no ordinary project. The site presented unique engineering challenges, from persistent rain delays to stormwater flowing down from the mountain. Every obstacle demanded innovative solutions and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Rather than compromise, we invested in extensive precautionary measures, advanced drainage systems, and precision construction techniques to ensure this is a field built to the highest international standards—designed for performance, durability, and longevity.
This Astro Field is more than a sporting facility. It is a symbol of what can be achieved when a community refuses to give up on a vision.
To every sponsor, contractor, volunteer, parent, learner, and supporter who believed in this project—thank you. This is your legacy too.
The dream is no longer on paper. It’s under our feet. Welcome to the future of Harties Hockey.
