Every learner deserves the opportunity to discover their passion before choosing a career. The HPI Career Discovery & Mentorship Programme connects learners with local businesses, professionals, and entrepreneurs who volunteer their time to inspire and guide the next generation.
Through holiday internship opportunities, learners are placed in real working environments based on their interests, allowing them to experience a career firsthand, develop practical skills, and gain valuable insight into different professions. Community members become mentors, sharing their knowledge, experience, and advice while helping learners make informed career choices.
